加味补阳还五汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris with Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的：观察加味补阳还五汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：48例患者按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例，对照组给予常规抗心绞痛西药对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合加味补阳还五汤治疗。结果：治疗组疗效总有效率91．67％，对照组为83．33％。心绞痛的症状改善、心电图疗效，治疗组均好于对照组，差异均有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论：加味补阳还五汤治疗老年冠心病心绞痛有显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris with Buyang Huanwu decoction. Methods： To divide 48 cases of patients into 24 cases of control group and 24 cases of treatment group, to treat it of control group with anti-angina medicine, treatment group based on the use of anti-angina medicine plus Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction. Rusult： The total effective of treatment group is 91.67%, the total effective of control group is 83.3%. Symptoms of Improvement in angina and effect of ECG of treatment group is better than control group, difference have significant meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating elderly coronary heart disease angina pectoris with Jiawei Buwei Huanwu decoction has a good effect.
