中西医结合治疗青春期功血106例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 106 cases of puberty DUB in the integrative medicine

目的：观察妈富隆加自拟青春固崩止漏汤与单纯妈富隆治疗青春期功血的临床疗效。方法：将106例青春期功血患者按就诊先后随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西药对照组，2组均治疗3个月为1个疗程，将2组治疗的总有效率和止血时间进行比较。结果：治疗组有效率为96．22％，对照组有效率为83．01％，两组总体疗效比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组止血时间较对照组明显缩短，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：妈富隆结合自拟青春固崩止漏汤治疗青春期功血效果显著，副作用少，是一种安全、有效、副反应小的治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating puberty DUB in the integrative medicine. Methods： 106 patients with adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 53 cases of each. The effect of hemostasis and adverse reactions between patients in two groups was compared. Results： There was significant difference of hemostatic efficiency between two groups that hemostatic efficiency was 96.22% of observation group and it was 83.01% of control group （P〈0.05）. Controlling bleeding time and comp lete hemostatic time of observation group was shorter than that of control group and there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of marvelon and Qingchun Gubeng Zhilou decoction for adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significantly superior to single marvelon, and it has few side effects.
