丹红注射液治疗慢性支气管炎50例疗效分析

Effective analysis of treating 50 cases of chronic bronchitis with Danhong injection

目的：观察丹红注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：50例慢性支气管炎住院患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各25例，两组患者均采用抗感染及对症治疗，治疗组加用丹红注射液静脉滴注，观察两组患者的临床症状及体征的改变。结果：治疗组在主要临床症状和胸片改善时间等方面均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：丹红注射液配合西药治疗慢性支气管炎疗效优于单纯使用西药治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating bhronic bronchitis with Danhong injection. Method： To divide 50 cases patients of chronic bronchitis into 25 cases of treatment group and 25 cases of control group, to treat them by anti-infective and Symptomatic treatment, treatment group based on the use of anti-infective and Symptomatic treatment plus intravenous drip of Danhong injection, to observe change of clinical symptoms and signs. Results： The improve the time of clinical symptoms and chest of treatment group is short than control group, difference have statistics significance between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treat chronic bronchitis with Danhong injection plus in the western medicine is better than treatment of western medicine.
