自拟降逆和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎30例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 30 cases of reflux esophagitis with Jiangni Hewei decoction

目的：观察自拟降逆和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法：30例反流性食管炎患者均采用降逆和胃汤水煎服，日一剂，1个月为一疗程。结果：本组治愈26例（86．7％），显效3例（10％），有效2例（6．7％），无无效病例。结论：中药制剂降逆和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎有独特的优势，疗效可靠，无毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating reflux esophagitis with Jiangni Hewei decoction. Method： To treat 30 cases of reflux esophagitis with Jiangni Hewei decoction, 1 mouth is a treatment. Results： Among 30 cases, 26 were cured （86.7%）, 3 were marked （10%）, 2 were effective （6.7%）. Conclusion： Treating reflux esophagitis with Jiangni Hewei decoction gets a good result.
