中西医结合治疗65例糖尿病酮症酸中毒

Treating 65 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis in the integrative medcine

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的疗效。方法：对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采用中西医结合方法治疗，与单纯用西药组进行对比。结果：治疗组65例，治愈40例，有效18例，无效7例，治愈率61．5％，总有效率89．2％；对照组55例，治愈24例，有效16例，无效15侧，治愈率43．6％，总有效率72．7％。两组比较治愈率及有效率有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒能较快的降低血糖，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating diabetic ketoacidosis in the integrative medicine. Method： To treat patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in the integrative medicine, contrast it with western medicine group. Results： 65 cases of treatment groups, 40 were cured, 18 were effective, 7 were invalid, the effective rate was 61.5%, the total effective rate was 89.2%; 55 cases of control groups, 24 were cured, 16 were effective, 15 were invalid, the effective rate was 43.6%, the total effective rate was 72.7%. The contrast between two groups of effective rate and total effective rate have significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating diabetic ketoacidosis in the integrative medicine gets a good result.
