自拟蕙米合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎50例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 50 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Yimi mixture

慢性盆腔炎症多为急性盆腔炎治疗不彻底或体质差、病情迁延所致。西医对该病多采用抗生素治疗，但疗效不甚满意。笔者自2006年6月-2009年6月采用自拟薏米合剂治疗50例，并与常规西药治疗30例对照观察。

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by inadequate treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, poor physical and persistent disease. Western medicine treated it with antibiotic, but the effect was not quite satisfactory. The author treated 50 patients with Yimi mixture and controlly observed it with western medicine.
