医院感染现患率调查分析

Survey analysis of infection prevalence rate in hospital

目的：了解医院感染现患率及其分布状况和特点。方法：横断面调查，采用床旁调查与病例调查相结合的方法，对医院感染现患率数据进行统计分析。结果：医院感染现患率6．90％，实查率98．15％，呼吸道感染是我院医院感染的主要部位，ICU科、内三科、内六科、外五科是医院感染的高危科室。结论：加强高危科室的目标监测，提高医院感染病原学送检率，以达到控制医院感染的发生，保障患者医疗安全。

Objective： To understand the prevalence and characteristics and distribution of infection in hospital. Methods： crosssectional of survey, taking methods of bedside survey plus case survey, to analyze the date of prevalence rate in hospital. Result： Prevalence rate for 6.90%, fact check rates for 98.15% in the hospital, respiratory tract infection was main site in my hospital infection, ICU Division, within the three subjects, in six subjects, five subjects outside was high-risk departments in our hospital. Conclusion： Strengthen the goal monitoring of high-risk departments, improve the submission rate of etiology of nosocomial infection, accordingly control the occurrence of hospital infection, and safeguard medical safety of patient.
