一次性引流袋刻度标量与实际引流量偏差的研究

The deviation between standard scale of disposable drainage bag and the actual drainage volume

目的探讨一次性引流袋上刻度所示引流量与实际引流量的偏差。方法将5种品牌的一次性引流袋测试尿量并与用注射器或量杯测得的实际尿量相比较。结果不同品牌一次性引流袋内径大小及100ml刻度间距不一;不同品牌一次性引流袋所示尿量均少于实际尿量,一次性引流袋内尿液越少偏差越大。结论一次性引流袋刻度标量与实际引流量偏差较大,对留置导尿患者须密切观察尿量者,不宜依据一次性引流袋上的刻度记录尿量。

Objective To explore the deviation between standard scale of disposable drainage bag and the actual drainage volume.Methods Urine was collected with 5 types of disposable drainage bags.The volume was measured through the standard scale of the bags and by using syringe or measuring cup.Results The inner diameter and scale interval of 100 ml showed differences among different types of disposable drainage bags;the urine volume measured by bags was less than the actual volume.The less the urine volume,the larger the deviation.Conclusion There is a large deviation between urine volume measured by the standard scale of disposable drainage bags and the actual volume.Urine volume should not be recorded by standard scale of drainage bags for patients with indwelling catheters for monitoring urine volume carefully.
