摘要
本文首先指出,在本世纪末形成全球买方市场的条件下,市场竞争的焦点已经从规模、成本、质量转移到快交货乃至快速响应。作者建议企业实施“快速响应工程”以提高综合竞争力。快速响应工程的内容,包括快速捕捉市场需求信息、快速产品设计、快速产品试制定型和快速响应制造系统等四个环节。文中简要说明这些环节的具体含义。实现快速响应的关键,是有效利用产品信息资源。文中阐明,在信息时代,产品中的信息含量越来越高,对产品交货期、质量和成本的影响越来越大。如何有效地利用产品信息资源以实现快速响应?一曰重用产品信息,二曰虚拟制造。文章的最后部分,进一步论述实现快速产品设计的策略。其要点为业务过程重组、信息资源重组和产品结构重组,即以成熟产品的变型设计实现快速响应,重组产品信息资源以支持快速变型设计,按照关系型产品模型进行信息重组和变型设计,以产品数据管理系统作为进行快速变型设计的数据平台,以基于实例推理技术作为快速变型设计的智能推理工具等。
This paper points out firstly that,
under the conditions of the global buyers market which formed by the end of this
century,focus
of the market competition is changed from scale,cost and quality to quick delivery or
even rapid response.A recommendation is made to industrial enterprises to implement a
Rapid Response Engineering for increasing their strength of synthetic
competitiveness.The Rapid Response Engineering consists of four links:fast sensing
information of market requirements,rapid design of products,quick trial produce and
prototypes fixation of products,and rapid response manufacturing system.Details of those
links are concisely presented in this paper.The key issue of performing the rapid
response is attributed to the effective utility resources of information about products.It is
stated in this paper that,in the information age,informational contents that products
possessed are increasing and certainly influence much on delivery time,cost and quality
of the products.How to efficiently utilize information resources of products for realization
of the rapid response?The answer is first to reuse the product information and second
virtual manufacturing. In the last part of the paper,the strategy for realization of rapid
product design is further discussed.The main points are business process reengineering,
information resources reengineering and product construction reengineering,that
is,applying variant design based on the mature products to realize the rapid
response,reengineering information resources of products to sustain rapid variant design,
carrying out information reengineering and variant design according to the relational
product model,taking the product data management system as data platform for the
rapid variant design,applying the case based reasoning technique as an intelligent
reasoning tool for the rapid variant design and so on.
