汉中地区魔芋产业发展研究

魔芋为天南星科多年生草本植物,因富含葡甘聚糖等多种有效成分而被广泛应用于食品、医药及生物化工等领域。研究认为:汉中地区魔芋种植历史悠久,年平均温度高,平均日照时间适中,无霜期长,是魔芋最佳适生产区之一。同时具有大型加工企业,产业化开发局面已经形成。但仍然存在着优良品种资源缺乏,科技、经济以及体制上支撑力度小等问题。采取加大科技投入,加强政府协调及扶持力度,精深加工,建立各级市场销售流通渠道等措施,是汉中地区实现魔芋产业稳定、持续发展的重要举措。

Amorphophallus konjac,a perennial herbal plant,has been widely used in food,medicine and bio-chemical industry due to its rich in glucomannan and other active ingredients.Studies showed that Hanzhong has a long history of growing Amorphophallus konjac and is one of the suitable places with high annual mean temperature,moderate average sunshine time and long frost—free period.Large-scale processing enterprises and a complete industry has taken into shape.However, there are some problems,such as absences of improved varieties,lack of robust technological,economic and institutional support.Technological input,coordination and support by government,indepth processing as well as establishment of distribution channels should be strengthened for the purpose of sustained development of Konjac industry in Hanzhong.
