Introduction of Finish Mill Equipment Techniques for Medium-heavy Plate in Bayi Steel & Its Improvement

简要介绍对中厚板精轧机导卫装置与水冷系统、阶梯垫调整装置与测压仪装置、工作辊弯辊装置、液压AGC装置、顶帽传感器进行了技术改造。使产品尺寸精度控制技术、板形控制技术、表面质量控制技术、力学性能控制技术、自动化控制技术、生产的连续化取得进步和提高。

This paper introduced the techniques improving of the finish mill,such as the introduction of finish mill guide settings and cooling water system,the adjustment of ladder mat and load cell apparatus,bends controlling of work rolls,hydraulic AGC controlling,as well as the technology improving to the tip cap transducer.We obtained a serious of achievements after finishing these improving jobs,including improved the precision controlling of the product,shape controlling,quality controlling,mechanics and property techniques,automation controlling,and the continuous work ability.
