X射线荧光光谱法测定钝化石灰化学成分

摘要 通过高温灼烧,扣除灼烧减量后,利用助熔剂,将炼钢用的钝化石灰辅料在高温下熔融成玻璃圆片,消除了物理效应,并降低化学效应的影响,从而实现X—射线荧光光谱法对炼钢辅料钝化石灰中化学成分测定。详细考察了熔样的条件,利用标样和控样绘制标准曲线,测定了钝化石灰中SiO_2、MgO、Al_2O_3、P、S等常规成分。精密度、准确度令人满意。将方法用于测定生产样,各成分的X-荧光法测定结果与化学测定结果一致。 After high-temperature-calcined and ignition-reductions-deducted,the steelmaking quicklime by fusing agents was melted into glass wafer under high temperature,and thus the physical effect eliminated completely and the chemical effect was decreased consumedly.Detailed study of the landitions of flusing sample was also conducted the calibration curve was drawn with reference samples and control samples.The determination of SiO_2,CaO,MgO,Al_2O_3,P,S in the steelmaking quicklime was quite satisfactory.On determining production sample,the found resultes were consistent with that obtained by chemical method.
