介绍一种采用光电编码器精确测量三辊位置,并通过液压换向阀和液压马达来定时控制三辊压下定位的压下控制仪.具体介绍了系统组成,主要功能特点,软、硬件设计思路,对现场中产生的诸如精度、同步、干扰等问题也提出了相应技术措施.
A press down controller is presented. In this controller, the positions of the three rollers are measured by the photoelectric encoder and the press down positioning is controlled by the hydraulic changeover valve and hydraulic motor. The system structure, major functions and features, the design concept of the hardware and software are introduced concretely. Some of the issues in the field, such as the accuracy, synchronous, and interference are listed and related technical measures are also given.
