摘要
以直线弧面蜗杆(即直线型环面蜗杆)减速器为研究对象,综合运用了可靠性设计理论和优化设计方法,建立了可靠性优化设计数学模型及其计算公式,探讨了蜗杆减速器设计中随机变量与确定变量同时存在的可靠性计算处理方法,并给出了计算实例。其结果表明了可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。
This paper describes a method of reliability optimal design(ROD) for linear generated hourglass worm drive reducer(LHWR).The establishment of ROD mathematical model for LHWR is introducd and the reliability design method in the case of both irregular variable and fixed variable are existing in LHWR design is discussed in detail,a calculation example is given as well.The design results show that the ROD is effective.
