摘要
采用浇铸成型工艺制备石墨填充双马来酰亚胺—6,6,-烯丙基双酚A树脂(BMI-DP)复合材料。考察了石墨含量对BMI-DP的力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显示微镜(SEM)研究了磨痕和转移膜的形貌。结果表明,在给定的试验条件下,填充石墨能够有效地改善BMI-DP的磨损性能,而力学性能仍然满足实际工程需要。石墨填充量在40%~50%之间时,复合材料的摩擦学性能较好,其摩擦机理主要为粘着磨损和疲劳磨损。
The composites of graphite filled bismaleimide 6,6 , diallyl bisphenol A (BMI DP) were prepared by casting method.The effects of graphite content on tribological and mechanical properties were evaluate and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) was used to study the transfer film on test ring surfaces.It was found that graphite is effective to reduce friction and wear of filled BMI DP except the decrease of its mechanical property when the content of graphite is 40% ̄50%(wt).SEM analysis indicated that the wear of these composites was controlled by adhesion and fragile mechanisms.
