摘要
本文在第一部分简要介绍各种晶界结构的模型和理论后,在本期刊登的第二部分中,主要叙述了利用计算机进行晶界原子模拟的方法及其应用,并介绍了TEM等几种研究晶界结构的实验方法。
In Part Ⅰ, the pager presented models and theories of various kinds of grain boundary structures. However, in this part, i.e.,Part Ⅱ,the paper describes the way and application of grain-boundary atomistic simulation by using computer. At the same time the paper also introduces some important experimental techniques of studying grain boundary structures, such as TEM, etc.
