摘要 热轧硅钢片中的碳含量对硅钢片磁性十分有害,因而在硅钢片生产过程中必须尽可能予以脱除。本文对热轧硅钢片脱碳机理进行了分析,并在实践中获得较为满意的结果,最后提出了热轧硅钢片进一步有效脱碳的新途径,即改革目前迭片成垛退火工艺路线为焊接成卷——松卷退火——拉伸回火工艺,可期望热轧硅钢片质量得到明显提高。 Carbon content in hot-rolled silicon steel sheets is harmful to the magnetic properties of the sheets. Therefore, in the production process of hot-rolled silicon steel sheets, efficient method must be taken for deearbonization. In this article, the author analyzed the mechanism of the decarbonization of hot-rolled silicon, steel sheets and achieved satisfactory result. In the end, the author-has proposed a new way for more efficient decarbonization of hot-rolled silicon steel sheets, thatis, the present pack-annealing process, in which silicon steel sheets are piled, has been replaced by the process of welding sheet into coil-decoiling for annealing--stretching for tempering. In this way, it's expected that the properties of hot-rolled silicon steel sheets can be improved remarkably.
