摘要
本文根据生产统计和试验资料,总结了转炉连铸坯生产热轧硅钢片的经验,解决了多炉连铸的难题,连铸比达到95%。采用严格控制化学成份,钢包吹Ar精炼的冶炼工艺,较低终轧温度,较大压下率的热轧工艺和煤气保护退火,较长时间保温的热处理制度;使硅钢片获得较高的电磁性能,高牌号率达到57.38%。文章还分析了存在问题,提出了进一步提高质量的途径及必需采用新技术的建议。
On the basis of production statistics and experimental data, this essay summarizes the experiences of how to produce hot-rolled silicon steel sheets with converter-continuous casting billets. The problem of sequential eontinuous casting has been solved and the rate of continuous casting reaches 95%, With strict control of chemical composition, an application of meeting technology by ladle At-blowing refining, the hot-rolling technology by using lower finish-rolling temperature and high reduction ratio, and a heat treatment process by using gas protective annealing and a long soaking time, thus produced silicon steel sheets have now obtained high electromagnetic properties with higher quality brand rate reaching 57.38%.This article also points out the way to further improvethe quality and puts forward suggestions of how to make use of new technology.
