This paper describes a king of application program for making shears adjustment plans for strip-cutting by use of the home computer. To make the problem simple, the paper introduces a new parameter G(I) for the mass of strip products. For the same reason, the paper builds a matrix Y(I, J) for expressing the shears adjustment After the anslysis of calculating process, the paper gives out the steps of the computer application program and relative explanation. At the end of the paper, there in a specific calculating example.
