摘要
为减少轧制时的温降,实现一次加热轧制,上海矽钢片厂研制出了轧机专用辅助设备“复合升降台”,利用该设备能在轧机上上下同时传递钢板,使机前喂钢与机后传递能交叉进行,在轧机上进行往复交叉轧制,从而缩短了轧制周期,提高了辊温,大大减少了轧制时的温降,为实现一次加热轧制创造了条件。同时也提高了产量。该设备还具有结构简单,维修方便的特点,作业率可达98以上%。采用一次加热轧制工艺,可取得很好的综合效益,产量提高28—30%;磁感强度B25提高0.03T左右,配上轧后急冷工艺可生产出高磁感、低铁损优质热轧电机硅钢片;燃料消耗节约30%以上;劳动定员减少26%,并降低劳动强度。该工艺已在我国得到推广。
In order to reduce tempetature dropping during rolling and to realize single heating rolling, shanghai silicon sheet works has developed a composite ele vator as the special rolling mill auxiliaries. By using this equipment it is possible to transmit steel sheet through circulating up and down. The reciprocating tandem rolling can be conducted by means of biting before stand and transmitting after stand. Thus, the rolling cycle was shortened. Adoption of this equipment could increase roller temperature, greatly avoid temperature dropping during rolling, which create favourable conditions for the realization of single heating rolling. At the same time the production output was also increased. The equipment has the characteristics of simple constitution and convenient maintenance. The working rate will amount to 98%. The single heating rolling may get very good combined benefits. The output has increased by 28-30%. The strength of magnetic induction B25 has gone up to about 0.03T. If this process is combined with rapid cooling after rolling, the hot-rolled electrical silicon sheet with high magnetic indueton and tow iron loss could be produced. Furthermore, the fuel consumption has saved over 30%. The specified number of personnel has reduced by 20%, and the intensity of labour is lowered. The process has been spread throughout the country.
