摘要
以铁线蕨总黄酮含量为指标,采用超声波辅助乙醇浸提法,优化铁线蕨黄酮的提取工艺,通过单因素实验,对乙醇提取剂浓度、超声功率、超声时间和料液比进行L9(34)正交选择实验。得出最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数80%,超声功率120W,超声时间1.5h,料液比1:20(g/mL),提取液黄酮含量为5.734%。
The influence of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic wave power/duration, and material - liquid ratio on the ultrasonic wave - assisted ethanol extraction of flavonoids from adiantam capiuarisveneris was studied by L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal optimization test. 5. 734% total flavones were extracted under the optimal condition,which was 80% ethanol, 120W ultrasonic wave for 1.5 hour,and 1 g material in 20 mL liquid.
