摘要
目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法60例患儿随机分为两组，对照组28例采用补液加思密达、妈咪爱等常规治疗，治疗组32例在常规治疗的基础上加用杜拉宝治疗，疗程均为3d，观察两细疗效。结果对照组总有效率为57．14％，治疗组总有效率为90．63％，差异有统计学意义（Х^2=10．386，（P〈0．01）。结论杜拉宝能有效治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎。
Objective To research the curative effect of racecadotril graules on acute rotaviral enteritis in infants. Methods We studied 60 infants with acute rotaviral enteritis who had not taken any antibiotics within 3 days before being hospitalized, According to the requirements of contract lest the infants were divided into two groups with racecadotril graules and bacillus bifidus mixture administered respectively to each group. Results The total effective rate of the two group were 90.63% and 57.14% respectively. No significant statistic difference was de- tected between the two groups （Х^2 = 10. 386, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Racecadotril is an effective and acceptable drug in clinical treating acute rotaviral enteritis in infants
