热轧硅钢片轧辊辊型曲线的改进

摘要 采用抛物线辊型曲线,在1200mm迭轧薄板轧机上生产的热轧硅钢片,板形不好,延伸不均匀,迭板横向厚度差大,易产生浪形和粘结,金属消耗高。经探索和研究,将抛物线辊型曲线改进为指数型曲线,轧出的硅钢片板形好,延伸均匀,迭板横向厚度差小,同板差小,金属消耗低。指数型辊型曲线在国内同行业得到了广泛推广和应用。 Hot-rolled silicon sheet produced on a 1200mm pack-roiled sheet mill with the roll crown curve of parabola has poor shape, uneven elongation, big traverse gauge tolerance, shape wave and adhesion easily happened and higher metal consumption. Through survey and study, it is found that the index curve substituting for the roll crown curve of parabola can produce silicon sheet with good shape, uniform elongation, small traverse guage tolerance, better flatness and low metal consumption,As a result, the index roll crown is widely spread and aaplied throughout the country.
