摘要
本文结合试验结果阐明了奥氏体化温度对GCr15钢淬火组织(马氏体相的形貌、含碳量及残留奥氏体等),强韧性和轴承接触疲劳寿命的影响;最后得出能获得含碳量小于5%的板条马氏体,残留奥氏体约10%的830℃奥氏体化温度为最佳选择的结论。
Combining with experimental results, this paper presents the effect of austenizing temperature on quenched structures and strength-toughness of GCr 15 steel(morphology of martensitic phase, carbon content and residual austenites, etc.)and the contact fatigue life of bearings. It is finally concluded that the optimal austenizing temperature, which results in lath martensites with carbon content less than 5 per cent and residual austenite approximate 10% is 830℃。
