摘要
本文介绍了差曲面及其计算方法,讨论了它与螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触区的大小和位置的关系,并以Klingelnberg螺旋锥齿轮为例建立了齿面修正的数学模型及计算出了差曲面,从而为齿面接触分析提供了一种新的辅助研究手段。
At present, micro motion mechanisms are usually actuated by elastic deformation, linear motor, mechanical transmission, electrical magnet and intelligent materials. The structures, principle, characters and some applications several types of micro motion mechanisms are introduced and compared with eath other in this paper.
