摘要
针对一种新型超环面传动提出了对其圆柱内斜齿轮齿面的展成原理,其一为失配的点接触,以理论轨迹曲面的法截面沿齿线在圆柱面上的投影进行拓展;其二为一种修整的线接触,展成的等螺距齿面与理论轨迹曲面沿某一空间曲线近似相切。并对齿面的啮合状况进行了分析。
A method to prolong the tooth surface of a new type of toroidal drive is discussed. The new tooth surface can be prolonged by the normal profile of the internal toroidal surface, or replaced by an equal pitch helical surface. And the approximate meshing condition is also analyzed.
