摘要
目的利用有限元法研究武器身管瞬态热传导问题.方法根据均匀正交各向异性材料轴对称热传导方程及其边界条件,利用变分法及欧拉理论,选取6节点的高精度三角形单元类型,推导了一般轴对称非定常热传导有限元基本方程.并编制了相应的计算程序.结果通过算例分析,从而证实了本套理论及设计程序的正确性及可行性.并就某身管瞬态热传导问题进行了有限元计算.结论该理论及方法对解决一般轴对称非定常热传导问题具有普遍意义.
Aim\ The finite element method is applied to analyze transient heat conduction problem of the barrel. Method\ According to axisymmetric unsteady heat conduction equation of orthogonal aniso tropic material and boundary conditions, the equilibrium equation of a system of finite elements is deduced with triangular element of high accuracy, and programs are designed. Results Examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the theory and method, and the transient heat conduction problem of the barrel is calculated. Conclusion\ The theory and the method will be universally available to axisymmetric unsteady heat conduction problems.
