摘要
目的讨论数字射线成像技术在国内外的发展.方法根据目前国内外数字射线成像技术的发展,着重讨论X射线转换屏和CCD相机在成像系统中的地位,以及数字图像处理在该领域的应用.结果X射线转换屏在成像质量上起着非常重要的作用;采用增加CCD内的累积电荷量和多帧叠加可以提高信噪比;数字图像处理技术在改善X射线图像上是不可缺少的.结论数字射线成像技术在无损检测和评估方面将有很好的发展前景.
Aim\ To discuss the development of digital radiography in internationality. Methods\ According to the development of digital radiography, to analyse chiefly the function of X ray to light converters and CCD cameras in the imaging system, and the application of digital image processing in the field. Results\ X ray to light converter plays an important role on image quality. To increase the accumulated charges in CCD and multiframe superposition can improve signal noise ratio. Digital image processing is necessary for improvement image quaeity of X ray radiograph. Conclusion\ Digital Radiography will develope widely in non destructive testing and evaluation.
