摘要
目的可靠性预计对提高系统的可靠性有着极其重要的意义.方法运用可靠性预计方法中的应力分析法,对电子测压蛋电路的各组成元器件在特殊环境下的工作情况进行了分析,得出了电子测压蛋电路总的工作失效率和平均无故障工作时间.结果在排除了焊接、封装等其它工艺因素影响的情况下,实际情况和理论分析基本吻合.
Aim\ Reliability prediction is of most importance to the improvement of the reliability of systems. Method\ In this paper, stress analysis, one of the methods of reliability prediction, is used to analyze the working conditions of every component in the circuit of the Electronic Crusher Gauge in special state. Therefore, the whole working failure rate and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of the circuit of the Electronic Crusher Gauge are calculated. Result\ The results indicate that actual status agrees with theoretical analysis excluding the effects of soldering, encapsulating and other technical process. Conclusion\ The reliability prediction method provided in this paper is available for reference and practicable.
