复合式膜生物反应器泥饼层中EPS含量及其与膜污染的关系 被引量:3

摘要 对复合式膜生物(HMBR)反应器出水水质以及泥饼层中胞外聚合物(EPS)含量进行116 d的监测,进一步研究了EPS含量与膜污染的关系。结果发现,泥饼层中EPS含量与膜污染呈明显的线性相关关系,其中致密性PSE(TB)的含量远高于松散性EPS(LB)含量,EPS在泥饼层中的积累是造成膜污染的重要因素之一。 The water quality of effluent and the content of extracellular polymerase substances(EPS) in the cake which attaches to the surface of hollow fibre membrane in a hybrid membrane bioreactor(HMBR) were monitored for 116 days.Results show that membrane fouling,which can be indicated by the trans-membrane pressure(TMP),may be linearly and positively correlated to EPS content,in which the fraction of the bound EPS was far higher than the soluble.The accumulation of EPS in the cake was one of the important factors which cause the membrane fouling.
