聚丙烯酸酯类偶氮聚电解质的静电逐层自组装及表面起伏光栅性能研究

摘要 利用聚丙烯酸酯类偶氮聚电解质的DMF溶液以及DMF/H2O溶液的静电逐层自组装,制备了偶氮聚电解质-PDAC自组装多层膜。研究了溶剂体系变化对自组装膜的影响。在干涉的P偏振488nmAr+激光的作用下,在上述2种溶剂体系中形成的偶氮聚电解质/PDAC多层自组装膜均可在膜表面形成规则的正弦波形表面起伏光栅。光致表面起伏光栅的形成能力与自组装采用的溶剂体系有关。 Self-assembled multilayer films of a polyacrylate-based azo polyelectrolyte were fabricated by an electrostatic layer-by-layer adsorption technique. By using dipping solutions of the azo polyelectrolyte in both anhydrous DMF and DMF/H2O mixed solvent, high quality multilayer films were obtained. With interfering illumination of Ar^+ laser beams (488 nm), significant surface relief gratings formed on the self-assembled multiplayer films were observed. After the same irradiation time, the modulation depths of the two kinds of multilayers were different which can be attributed to the different structures of the multilayers.
