摘要
针对以碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和二苯基脲(DPU)为原料反应合成苯氨基甲酸甲酯(MPC)的反应耦合法,探讨了在0.5MPa反应压力下,醇铅催化剂的作用。研究表明,醇铅催化剂具有良好的催化活性,在优化的操作条件下,DPU的转化率和MPC的选择性均能达到99%。催化剂的结构分析表明醇铅催化剂在反应过程中,可能会转变成同样具有较高活性的碱式碳酸铅2PbCO3·Pb(OH)2。
The performance of the alcoholic Pb catalyst under reaction pressure 0.5 MPa on synthesis of methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC) from dimethyl carbonate(DMC) and diphenyl urea(DPU) was discussed. The results showed that the alcoholic Pb catalyst exhibits excellent activity for synthesis of MPC. Under optional reaction conditions both the conversion of DPU and the selectivity for MPC can reach 99%. The analysis of catalyst structure showed that 2PbCO3·Pb(OH)2, which is also high active for the synthesis of MPC, has been generated during the reaction.
