摘要
根据固体的多维稳态传热理论,简述高炉炉缸内衬三维侵蚀分析的基本原理,并从实用的角度给出轴截面和横截面内的2个二维侵蚀形貌解的计算原理。讨论了内衬侵蚀分析数值模型的建模和求解中几个技术问题。应用实例表明所提出和研究的内衬侵蚀计算方法具有可靠性,能为高炉炉缸安全生产提供技术依据。
Based on the multi-dimensional solid heat transfer theory, the basic principles of three-dimensional erosion analysis of blast furnace hearth linings are introduced. In addition, the calculation principles of two-dimensional erosion profiles of axis-section and cross-section are given from the practical point of view. Several technical problems of erosion numerical model are discussed. The examples show that the proposed calculating methodology of linings erosion is reliable that can provide technical support for the safe production of blast furnace hearth.
