摘要
建立了基础设施布局优化模型，提出了一种简化算法，并利用该模型对中心卫生院分布不均的问题进行了研究，给出了可行方案，为决策提供了依据。
An optimal model for infrastructure layout is developed, along with, a simplified solu-tion is presented. With the help of the optimal model, the distribution of central hospitals isinquired. The result, an available alternative, can be utilized for decision making.
