摘要
钛硅分子筛TS-1/H2O2/固体吸附剂体系用于噻吩的氧化脱除,研究了吸附剂的种类和用量、双氧水的用量以及反应温度对脱硫效果的影响。吸附剂的孔容大小对吸附有重要影响。硅胶是拥有大比孔容的强极性吸附剂,吸附效果较佳。每克A型硅胶可吸附15.5mg硫。优化反应条件为:333K,TS-13g/L,剂油比0.04g/g,H2O2/S摩尔比为9.反应2h后硫含量降到5μg/g以下,脱硫率达98.1%.
TS-1 /H2O2 /Adsorbent are used in the oxidation-adsorption removal of thiophene.The effects of the amount of adsorbent and H2O2,the type of adsorbents and reaction temperature on the removal of thiophene were investigated.With the increase of the pore volume of the adsorbent,the adsorption increased.A silicon gel,which has greater specific pore volume and stronger polarity,is the optimal adsorbent.The optimal reaction conditions are the TS-1 concentration 3 g/L,the weight ratio of adsorbent to oil 0.04,the mole ratio of H2O2 to the sulfur 9,and the reaction temperature 333 K.After reaction of 2 h,the sulfur concentration in model fuels can reduce to 5 μg/g.15.5 mg sulfur was removed using one gram of a silicon gel.
