摘要
高速轻载条件下工作的圆柱滚子轴承,出现滚子相对内滚道的滑动现象,即滚子公转打滑。打滑率过大会导致轴承迅速烧伤损坏。采用拟动力学的分析方法,考虑滚子离心力和弹流润滑,建立四个基本方程,求出滚子实际公转速度。将实际公转速度与无打滑的公转速度比较,便可求出滚子公转打滑率。附图4 幅,参考文献4 篇。
Under the condition of high speed and light load, the cylindrical roller bearing in operation will produce an apperance that rollers relatively slip to inner raceway, that is roller revolutionary slippage. If the slip rate is so high it will lead to bearing burning or damage quickly. On the base of considering centrifual force of rollers and elastics fluid lubrication, the paper uses analysis method of imitation dynamics to establish four basic equations for solving actural revolutionary speed of rollers. Comparing actual revolutionary speed with ideal revolutionary speed, the slip rate of roller revolution can be solved.
