硫化矿长效起泡剂的合成及应用

摘要 采用松节油硫酸催化法,合成了适合高紊流状态下的长效起泡剂。采用表面张力仪、黏度计、泡沫高度和半衰期等手段研究了起泡剂的起泡和稳泡性能。研究表明,泡沫大小和稳定性受溶液表面张力、起泡剂的浓度以及种类等多种因素的共同影响。并在相同条件下与730相比,合成起泡剂能够较好地提高精矿的产率和回收率,但是精矿的品位较低,起泡剂的选择性较差。 A kind of long-life frother which has better performance in high-turbulent state was synthesized through hydration of turpentine oil using sulfate acid as catalyzer. The properties of frothers were studied by means of surface tension,viscosity,foam height and half-life. The experimental results showed that the size and stability of the bubble are affected by many factors such as the surface tension of solution,the concentration of frother,types and so on. Synthetic frother and 730 were used at the same condition. The result showed that synthetic foaming agent could improve the yield and the recovery rate,but with lower-grade concentrates and less selective.
