血红素及含血红素蛋白质在生物学、医学和环境科学等领域有广泛的应用,是目前研究的热点之一。在血红素最新研究进展上,在水-有机溶剂两相仿生体系中,采用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了血红素催化过氧化氢氧化儿茶酚的反应体系。血红素在两相体系仍然能保持好的催化活性,产物醌在260nm处有强吸收峰。进一步研究了邻苯二酚的浓度、温度、血红素浓度对两相体系的影响,并优化两相体系的反应条件,在最佳条件下,该体系用于过氧化氢含量的测定,线性范围为3×10-6~1×10-4mol/L,检测限为2×10-6mol/L。
Hemin and hemin analogous have attracted considerable attention due to their extensive application in biology,medicine and environmental science. In this paper,the catalytic property of hemin as mimetic peroxidase is exhibited on theoxidation of catechol by H2O2 in aqueous-organic mixtures. The reaction intermediate obtained in aqueous-organic twophases has been examined by UV-V is and its absorption peak at 260 nm. The catalytic optimum condition includingconcentration of catechol,temperature and content of hemin was studied in two phase system. By spectroscopicmeasurements it was shown that determination of H2O2 in the system. As low as 2×10^-6 M H2O2 could be detected with alinear range from 3×10^-6 M to 1×1 0-4 M through spectrophotometry.
