轴承套圈有效壁厚计算方法探讨

Discussion of Calculating Method of Effective Wall Thickness for Bearing Ring

轴承套圈的有效壁厚是合理选材和制定热处理工艺的重要参数。笔者认为国内现行轴承套圈有效壁厚的计算方法还属于经验型的，缺乏足够的理论依据。采用国外一些轴承公司以套圈最大截面内切圆直径作为该套圈有效壁厚的方法较好，为此推导出了几类轴承套圈最大截面内切圆直径的计算公式。附图１５ 幅，表２ 个。

Effective wall tickness of the bearing ring is an important parameter for reasonably selecting material and working out heat treatment technology. The author considers that the current calculation method of effective wall thickness of bearing ring is still on the basis of experiential method and short of efficient theory basis. It is better that some foreign bearing corporations regard incribed circle diameter of the maximum section of ring as effective wall thickness of ring. According to the method, the calculation formula of inscribed circle diameter of the maximum section of bearing ring is inferred.
