无牌坊预应力高钢度轧机在横列式轧机上的应用

本文介绍横列式φ500×3半闭口式型钢轧机的成品机架改为无牌坊预应力高刚度轧机(WY500)后,使设备结构达到了国外80年代水平。证实机架刚度高、轧制稳定、钢材尺寸精度接近了国际先进水平,并提高了有效作业率。

This paper presents the fact that after the finishing stand of the train type φ 500×3 semi-close section mill has been modified into the housingless prestressed high rigid mill (WY-500), the mill designs have thus reached the 1980's level. It is confirmed that such stands have characteristics of high rigidity, rolling stability and close dimension tolerance and also improve the operational efficiency.
