摘要
结构分析中,尤其是有限元法计算过程中,对轴承的模拟是一个比较难以实现的问题。由于轴承的受力情况比较复杂,导致了轴承内外圈的边界条件及轴承滚珠的受力情况难以正确的确定。现有的大型有限元分析软件对轴承的描述也是比较困难的。本文通过对轴承进行受力分析,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对轴承进行模拟,将几种简化方法进行比较,得到了较为正确的结果。
It is a very difficult problem to simulate ball bearing in structural analysis or in the finite element analysis correctly . Because the working condition of the ball bearing is very complex, the boundery conditions of the balls 、inner and outer rings of the ball bearing are difficult to define. The static and dynamic analysis of ball bearing is carried and the simplifying method of the ball bearing is studied with the finite element analysis program Ansys.
