摘要
本文讨论了调制域分析仪测试误差的来源及其特性。提出一种自适应非线性混合滤波的数据处理方案(ANHF),分析了ANHF的滤波特性,通过对大量实测数据的处理,证明该方法能有效减少各种随机测试误差,提高测量精度,同时保护被测信号的边缘特征。
Basing upon characteristics of quantization error in Modulation Domain Analyzer,in this paper,we have proposed a new kind of nonlinear digital filter called adaptive nonlinear hybrid filter (ANHF). The performance of ANHF is evaluated. The experimental results show that this method is effective in reducing the random error and improving the measurement aceuracy .
