摘要
本文通过理论分析，指出了 ＱＢ（Ｑｕａｄｒａ Ｂｅａｍ）４７５红外水分测试仪测量公式的不足，给出了合理的测量公式。以此为基础，将原测试仪的模拟运算器件用单片计算机实现，从而提高了测试精度，简化了测试仪器的复杂性。
This paper shows the mistakes of the measuring formula of QB475 infrared moisture instrument and gives the correct measuring formula based on theoretic analysis. The old analogous calculating components are replaced by single chip computer. The improved instrument's precision is higher than the old one,and it gives us less complexity evidently.
