摘要
目的研究不明原因肠道出血的数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断。方法回顾13例肠道出血的血管造影表现及结果。结果 11例明确了出血部位和原因,2例阴性。结论 DSA对肠道出血检查安全,能明确出血部位和出血原因;对临床治疗方案、术前决策的制订均有重要的指导意义和实用价值。
Objective To study the DSA diagnosis ofintestinal hemorrhage.Methods All cases were undergone digital subtraction angiography（DSA） examination.Results DSA showed the localization and causes of bleeding in 11 cases.2 cases were negative.Conclusion The location and causes ofintestinal hemorrhage can be diagnosed through DSA examination.DSA is a useful method and have significance in intestinal hemorrhage patients.
