摘要 目的分析成功实现脑血管三维重建技术(3D)中各项主要因素在临床工作中的综合应用。方法针对28例脑血管造影中三维重建中出现的个别影像质量问题及重建失败的影响,找出具体原因并加以分析,并拿出有效的解决方案。结果 24例重建前后影像质量清晰,3例模糊,产生运动性伪影,1例失败。结论全脑血管造影中三维重建技术中影像质量优劣,取决于3D影像采集前将将各种主要因素合理利用,为三维重建影像资料提供基础,从而为临床诊断、治疗提供扎实可靠的依据。 Objective To investigate the synthetic application of all the major factors in three-dimensional reconstruction(3D) of cerebral angiography.Methods On the basis of success and failure in three-dimensional reconstruction(3D) of cerebral angiography to twenty-eight cases,to analysis the cause and find some effective methods.Results The image qualities of twenty-four cases are lampros,but three cases with constructed defect and one with failure.Conclusion The reasonable application of major factors is very key in three-dimensional reconstruction(3D) of Cerebrovascular angiography.It provides some reliable information for clinic diagnosis and therapy.
