摘要
目的评价经皮穿刺置管局部灌注化疗治疗胸腰椎体结核的疗效。方法收集2009年1月～2009年6月PCD治疗的胸腰椎体结核患者12例(椎体17个),CT或MRI证实腰椎结核,椎体骨质破坏严重,不伴椎体严重后突畸形和截瘫。在全身化疗的同时,行CT引导下经皮穿刺置管灌注冲洗和持续化疗。结果所有患者手术顺利,引流时间37～68天,平均52天。术后随访时间6～10月,患者的疼痛和发热消失,恢复正常工作或生活,无严重并发症发生。结论胸、腰椎体结核,当椎体破坏严重,CT引导下经皮穿刺置管高浓度抗结核药物保留灌洗治疗是一种安全有效、并发症少的治疗方法。
