腰椎间盘突出症胶原酶盘外溶解治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of lumbar intervertebial prolapse therapy with collagenase lysis ertradise injection

目的应用国产胶原酶进行盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症150例,观察其近期、中期、远期疗效。方法在X线光电视屏幕引导下。将胶原酶1200U注入突出部位的硬脊膜前腔。结果近期有效率75.99%,其中优良率46.66%;中期总有效率83.32%,其中优良率64.66%;远期总有效率88.66%,其中优良率76.66%;X2检验,P<0.01。近期、中期、远期疗效有显著差别,远期疗效更加稳定。结论胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症确实是非手术治疗中的有效方法之一。

Objective To explore the efficacy of collagenase injection to treat lumber intervertebral prolapse. Methods Guided by X-ray, the collagenase was injected to anterior sinus of encephalon membrane. Results The short-time effective rate was 75.99%, middle-term rate was 83.32% and long-term rate was 88.66%. The long-term efficacy was better than short-term and mid-term with statistical difference. Conclusion It is one of the effectiveness of no operation therapy to treat Lumbar intervertebial proplapse by collagenase lysis.
