摘要
在应用模型法估计转化管剩余寿命中,本文提出了一个力学计算模型。探讨了轴向尺寸对由内压、温差载荷引起的炉管壁内的初态应力的影响,为定量之,引入了修正因子。对于HK-40,经计算,其有效应力和平均应力的修正因子值分别为1.5和3.0。并验证了这两个修正因子值基本上不受温度的影响。
Abstract A computational model was presented in estimating residual life of reformer tubes by the method of model.The effects of axial sizes on primary stresses in tube wall were investigated.These primary stresses were caused by internal pressure and temperature difference.The correction factors were introduced in order to quantitate those effects.For HK-40 alloy,the correction factors of effective stress and average stress equal 1 5 and 3 0 respetively.The result that correction factors do not change along with the change of temperature on the whole was verified.
