一次性硅胶胃管在新生儿导尿中的应用体会

目的总结对8例新生儿采用一次性硅胶胃管代替一次性导尿管进行导尿的应用体会。方法选择6F一次性硅胶胃管导尿,按照正规操作规程,严格无菌操作,妥善固定,防止导尿管滑脱;予会阴护理,防止尿路感染;定期更换引流袋,定时倾倒尿液,注意尿液的量、性状、色泽,并按时做好记录。结果 8例采用一次性硅胶胃管代替一次性导尿管进行导尿的新生儿留置期间引流均通畅,无发生尿液从导尿管旁渗漏现象,有1例因固定不牢而导致导尿管脱落;1例有尿路感染。结论采用一次性硅胶胃管代替一次性导尿管应用于新生儿导尿,简单实用,取材方便,临床应用效果较好。

Objective to summarize application experience of 8 neonatal cases on neonatal catheterization with disposable silicone tube instead of disposable catheter. Methods Choose 6F disposable silicone tube to catheterize, according to normal operating procedures, strict aseptic manipulation,properly fixed, preventing the catheter slipping： use perineal care, prevent urinary tract infections; periodic replacement of drainage bag, timing dumping urine, note that the amount of urine, characters, color, and record of on time. Results 8 neonatal cases on neonatal catheterization with disposable silicone tube instead of disposable catheter were unobstructed drainage in retention period. urine leakage from the catheter side did not happened, one case placed catheter loss because fixation is not strong： one case had urinary tract infection. Conclusion To use disposable silicone tube instead of disposable catheter on neonatal catheterization was simple and practical, easily obtained and good clinical effect.
