复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床效果。方法选取我院自2006年1月～2009年12月收治的玫瑰糠疹患者106例随机分为观察组(辅助治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组)各53例,治疗周期均为7d,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈31例,显效14例,有效6例,总有效率为96.2%;对照组痊愈13例,显效15例,有效12例,总有效率为75.4%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组总计发生不良反应4例,不良反应发生率为7.6%;对照组总计发生不良反应3例,不良反应发生率为5.7%。两组比较差异不大(P>0.05),没有统计学意义。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助治疗玫瑰糠疹效果理想,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe Ammonium compound glycyrrhizin injection therapy on the clinical effects of pityriasis rosea. Methods in our hospital from January 2006~December 2009 admitted 106 cases of pityriasis rosea patients were randomly divided into two groups （adjuvant group） and control group （conventional treatment group） of the 53 cases, treatment cycles were 7d , the curative effects were observed and compared. Results 31 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, total effective rate was 96.2%; control group, 13 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 75.4%. Signifi cant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）; observation group a total of four cases of adverse reaction, adverse reaction rate was 7.6%; the control group a total of 3 cases of adverse reaction, adverse reaction rate was 5.7%. Little difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, not statistically signifi cant. Conclusion Ammonium Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in Treatment of pityriasis rosea successful, worthy of clinical use.
